Fashion Police!!! This picture is so scary! I cant believe someone would go out in public dressed like that. First of all he has yellow latex gloves on. And a crazy flower shirt on, which is insanely weird ! He has a freakish hair style that looks like a bunny tail that is dyed red and it looks like it is glued to his head.
